Today we feature a super fun homecoming from Hilary Mercer Photography! A few words about the day…
This is Charlotte and Colin. The first set of jets home. These are F-15E’s. The Strike Eagle from Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC. There are always delays when it comes to jets but surprisingly I dont think there were any with these guys. They had been gone a little over 7 months. I dont think very many things make me prouder than seeing all these people waving their signs and wearing yellow. Yellow is our squadron color but I always liked that its also a color in support of the troops!
